BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

What you will do

- Drive business for our Robotics & AI Labs, DIY Robotics Kits, STEM Programs, Training, Centres of Excellence and other robotics solutions.
- Develop business with schools, colleges, universities, government departments, corporates and CSR organisations.
- Use your existing professional network to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Corporate leaders, CSR Heads, Government officials and other key decision-makers.
- Identify large projects, CSR opportunities, government initiatives, institutional requirements and tenders.
- Take opportunities from first meeting to proposal, negotiation and final order.
- Lead and mentor the sales team and ensure they achieve their targets.
- Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Technical, Academics, Tender and Operations teams to convert opportunities into business.
- Develop existing customers and generate repeat and expansion business.




- Take ownership of revenue, collections and overall business growth.

What we are looking for
This is a MUST-HAVE profile:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
- Solid existing client network and industry relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to open doors and get meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in Corporate, CSR, Government, Education or Institutional Sales.
- Experience in handling large-value projects and institutional deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
- A strong ownership and result-oriented mindset.
