Roles & responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts accurately and on timely basis including

- Processing vendor invoices and payments
- Processing Sales Invoices and collections
- Payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain Fixed Asset ledgers and computation of depreciation
- Month end book closure including
- Bank Reconciliations
- Employee claims
- Vendor / Customer account reconciliations
- Intercompany accounting
- Review and prepare necessary schedules
- Systematic maintenance of documentation

Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements including remittances and returns towards

- Provident Fund, ESI, Profession Tax
- GST Compliance
- TDS Compliance
- Advance Tax

Accounting of transaction and periodic review to ensure appropriate consideration of TDS requirements.





Periodic reconciliation of statutory returns with books

Financial reporting including

- Weekly /Monthly cash flow planning
- Preparation of Financial Statements on a periodic basis
- Management reports using the tools / templates as per the requirements of the customers

Schedules and reconciliations as may be required

Engage with auditors seamlessly by providing scheduled, details for timely completion of audit

Co-ordinate with other consultants such as Company Secretary, Actuaries etc. and provide needed support
