Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented FMCG Field Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing the retail and distributor network, increasing product availability and visibility, acquiring new outlets, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred
- Minimum 1 year FMCG Field Sales experience mandatory
- Must have sales experience in any of these categories:
Atta, Sugar, Refined Oil, Ghee, Spices, Dairy, or other FMCG food products
- Retailer/Distributor/Secondary Sales experience preferred
- Local market knowledge
- Bike & Valid DL mandatory
- Age up to 35 years

Responsibilities

- Retailer & distributor visits
- New outlet onboarding & order generation
- Achieve sales targets
- Ensure product availability & visibility
- Market/competitor tracking and daily reporting
- Maintain retailer & distributor relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary offered is 17,00022,000 in-hand, along with 150/day TA and 200/day DA. The position also includes PF, Medical Insurance, Gratuity, and 32 paid leaves per year apart from Sundays, along with growth opportunities opportunities.
