Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple Corporate Social Responsibility projects and track timelines, milestones, deliverables and pending actions.
- Coordinate with field teams and internal teams for timely execution.
- Set up, maintain and improve CRM/project management systems for tracking Corporate Social Responsibility projects, stakeholders, activities and deliverables.
- Track implementation, school coverage, teacher/student engagement and other project metrics.
- Consolidate field data and prepare management and Corporate Social Responsibility partner reports.
- Identify delays or issues, coordinate resolution and escalate where required.
- Organise project reviews and track action points to closure.
- Ensure timely project documentation, reporting and closure.
- Continuously improve project management, CRM and reporting processes.
- Set up a Corporate Social Responsibility Funder communication calendar and make sure communication is timely,



complete and as per engagement terms

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in project management, Corporate Social Responsibility, NGO, education or programme coordination.
- Experience in setting up or managing CRM/project management systems.
- Solid coordination, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Data Management & Reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with Corporate Social Responsibility/education projects will be an advantage.
