- Execute the complete Employee Life Cycle Processes and maintain smooth functions
- As per the Resource Planning performed by Management, execute Hirings of the vacant positions.
- Create the Job Description and Job Specifications according to the roles, responsibilities, and authority (RRA) in discussion with the Management.
- Execute the Hiring Platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Resdex, etc) for the Job Posting & sourcing activities as per the Vacant Positions.
- Maintain and update the Recruitment Sheet and the Candidate Master Sheet regularly.
- Maintain the Daily MIS sheet and regularly fill the Monthly Tracker Sheet properly. Contribute to value addition activities as and when needed.
- Involve and execute Employee Engagement activities to improve the Employee Experience, growth and work culture.
