Job Title: CCTV Operator

Location: Gurgaon (In ofc)
Employment Type: Contract / Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor live CCTV footage of assigned hotel properties on a regular basis.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or operational issues.
- Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
- Maintain logs and records of incidents observed during monitoring.
- Coordinate with hotel staff and management in case of emergencies or escalations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigation or audit purposes.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or hotel operations is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle surveillance software.
- Solid attention to detail and observation skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidate must have their own laptop
