What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting.Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.
What are we looking for Finance ProcessesUS GAAP fixed asset accounting, including ASC 360,



depreciation methodologies and capitalization principlesSubledger-to-GL reconciliation, exception investigation and period-close deliverySystems Knowledge (preferred)Exposure to Yardi ERPIndustry Experience (preferred)Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problemsYour day to day interactions is with peers within AccentureYou are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture managementYou will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instructions on current assignmentsRecord approved asset additions, transfers, reclassifications, depreciation, disposals and retirements accurately and on time.Prepare or review fixed asset roll-forwards, asset reports and subledger reconciliations; resolve or escalate breaks and aged items.Validate asset class, useful life, property code and supporting approvals before posting transactions.Maintain control and audit evidence, support standardization and monitor SLA and quality performance; specific KPI targets: Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
