Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and joining.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills





- Experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Understanding of software development technologies and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience hiring for Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, or Support roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
