AB Infrasolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Female Accounts Head to manage the companys complete Accounts & Finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, taxation, MIS, project accounts, banking and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete Accounts & Finance Department independently.

* Supervise day-to-day accounting and maintain proper books of accounts.

* Manage Tally/ERP, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, journal entries and accounting records.

* Prepare Monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.

* Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

* Manage GST returns, reconciliation and GST-related documentation.

* Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and tax consultants.

* Handle banking transactions, payments, receipts and bank reconciliation.

* Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding payments.

* Check and control project-wise expenses and accounting.

* Coordinate with various project sites regarding billing, expenses, payments and accounts.





* Verify client billing, vendor bills, purchase bills and payment documents.

* Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.

* Supervise and guide the Accounts team.

* Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.

* Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.

* Handle audit requirements and provide necessary documents/reports.

Required Qualification

* M.Com / B.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent.

* Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS and Income Tax.

* Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Preferred Experience

* 7–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

* Experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Construction / Power Transmission companies will be preferred.

* Experience handling multiple project sites will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
