Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, concept-oriented classroom teaching for JEE / NEET aspirants.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills and application-based learning.
- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the JEE/NEET syllabus and examination pattern.
- Prepare and evaluate tests, assignments, worksheets and practice material.
- Conduct doubt-solving and remedial sessions as required.
- Analyse student performance and provide academic guidance for improvement.
- Keep updated with the latest JEE and NEET syllabus, examination patterns and competitive-level requirements.
- Mentor students and support them in achieving their academic and competitive examination goals.
- Coordinate with the academic team for effective curriculum planning and delivery.
- Maintain a disciplined, engaging and student-focused classroom environment.
Candidate Profile
- Strong subject knowledge in the respective discipline.
- Prior experience teaching JEE and/or NEET aspirants will be preferred.
- Experience teaching Senior Secondary / Classes XIXII students.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching and working with competitive-examination aspirants.
Location Preference
Candidates currently based in Lucknow or nearby locations only.
Outstation candidates will not be processed for this position.
Salary
80,000 – 1,00,000 per month, based on experience and last drawn salary.
