- Handle site visits and customer service activities
- Coordinate with contractors, dealers, and customers
- Support site sales and product promotion
- Identify and resolve technical/site-related issues
- Provide timely solutions to customer and contractor queries
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers and contractors

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customers and contractors professionally
- Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel to different project sites
