Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care as a Medical Officer, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans for patients under supervision of senior doctors.

- Participate in ward rounds, emergency response situations, and other medical activities as required by the hospital's protocols.

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes using electronic systems or paper charts.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBBS degree from an accredited institution with 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (RMO/Medical Officer).

- Robust understanding of basic medical sciences principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, colleagues, and seniors.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations.

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
