Role & responsibilities
Solid landscape design skills with knowledge of planting and spatial planning. Develop projects from concept to GFC, including drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates. Present design intent confidently and coordinate with architects, MEP, structural teams, and vendors.
Preferred candidate profile
- M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 1-3 years of experience or
- B.Arch with 1-5 years of experience in Landscape Design.
- Excellent Design Skill
- Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
- Software skill: AutoCAD, Sketch up, D5 etc.
