Job Summary

Mergen Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process Internet Transfer Campaign as Process Associates. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work comfortably in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with internet transfer-related queries and requirements.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.
- Follow defined call handling procedures, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information as required.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.




- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Maintain good attendance and adherence to shift timings.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Ability to work under performance and productivity targets.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant international voice process experience can apply.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service is preferred.
- Experience handling international customers will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
