Role & responsibilities
- Roles & Responsibilities:-Lead and manage a team of recruiters for Ground Staff / Blue Collar Hiring.
- End-to-end recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing & Onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, field hiring & vendors.
- Handle high-volume hiring and ensure timely closures.
- Stakeholder management with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain recruitment tracker, database and daily hiring reports.
- Drive team performance and achieve hiring SLAs
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Bulk / Blue Collar / Ground Staff hiring.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Team Handling (5-10 members).
- Solid knowledge of mass hiring channels.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Must be available for Work From Office, Gurugram.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Male candidate only
