Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for SSE/Area Sales Manager/Sr. ASM/Branch Manager, located in Meerut, Guwahati, Noida, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Mumbai,Pune & Vijaywada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Channel sales & Project Sales, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, strategizing sales plans, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves regular travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the MDF/MDHMR /PARTICLE BOARD/ manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification- Graduate/MBA with 4 -9years of experience.
- Worked with wood-based industry & should be from MDF Div. only
- Proactive & Self-starter
- Excellent presentation Skills & influencing personality.
- Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with Dealers, Distributors,& Channel Partners.
