Roles and Responsibilities :
- Acquire recent customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and other CASA products.
- Cross-sell banking services to existing customers to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of financial products.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in CASA sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of current account, saving account, and other CASA products offered by the bank.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
