Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and validation strategies.
- Perform system-level testing for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and RTU systems.
- Validate communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, OPC UA, IEC61850, IEC60870, and Profinet.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.
- Drive test automation and simulation-based testing wherever applicable.
- Collaborate with Development, Architects, Project Engineering, and Support teams.
- Ensure high product quality and reduce post-release defects.
Preferred candidate profile
- Honeywell Experion PKS / DCS
- PLC Programming (Ladder Logic, FBD)
- Control Builder / Configuration Studio
- Power Plant or Oil & Gas Domain Experience
- Virtualization Workplace Experience
- Test Automation Tools
