Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain complex predictive models using machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Provide technical guidance on data science best practices to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 9-16 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Solid expertise in machine learning model development using Python programming language.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing predictive models that drive business results.
