Role & responsibilities

- Undertake architectural design and detailing for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Create high-quality architectural renderings and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site supervision and monitored construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Manage project execution, timelines, and coordination to support timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, drawings, revisions, and execution records.





Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch. graduate with 01 year of experience in architectural design and execution.
- Valuable knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, working drawings, 3D modelling, and rendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray.
- Knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD, and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and site supervision skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take responsibility.
