Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop recent business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, or sectors to focus on for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop strategies for approaching new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions for data management, analytics, AI/ML applications.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings.
