Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles including: Sales , Operations & Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, Customer Support, Finance & Accounts roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate trackers
Coordination & Follow-ups
- Manage candidate communication and interview follow-ups
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain backup candidates for critical roles
Preferred candidate profile
At least 3-5 years experience in Non-IT recruitment
