About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to contribute to the design and development of an intuitive and user-centric digital platform. Working closely with our Product Designer and Engineering teams, you will help translate product concepts and design principles into seamless, scalable, and engaging user experiences as we progress towards our product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive web interfaces.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the OneDAO platform.
- Develop and maintain consistent, reusable UI components.
- Assist with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.
- Implement responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile app.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and identify UX improvement opportunities.
- Review interfaces for UI inconsistencies,



bugs, and usability issues.
- Maintain design systems, UI standards, and design patterns.
- Improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across the platform.
- Keep up to date with UI/UX and front-end development trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelors degree & specialization in UI/UX design.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design tools.
- Basic knowledge of React.js or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to turn ideas and designs into clean, functional interfaces.
- Strong eye for visual detail, layout, typography, and consistency.
- Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and challenge existing ideas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with design and engineering teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and deliver work with minimal supervision
