Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Recruitment to lead and

manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end

recruitment, stakeholder management, team leadership, and achieving hiring targets across

multiple domains. This role requires excellent people management skills, recruitment expertise,

and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

offer management.





• Allocate requisitions effectively and monitor team productivity.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.

• Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring

requirements.

• Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best recruitment practices.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading and managing recruitment teams.

• Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Experience handling volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.

• Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.
