Role & Responsibilities

1. Back up photoshoot data safely and maintain proper file organisation.
2. Organise, rename and manage image files according to the studio workflow.
3. Understand the editing and retouching brief for each project.
4. Edit, colour-correct and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
5. Maintain consistency in colour, skin tones and overall image quality.
6. Prepare final high-resolution and web-ready deliverables.
7. Perform a final quality check before delivery.
8. Complete assigned projects within the required timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
2. Good understanding of colour correction, retouching and image finishing.
3. Strong attention to detail and file organisation.
4. Self-motivated and willing to learn new techniques and skills.
5.



Able to understand creative briefs and follow the studio's editing style.
6. Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines.
7. Previous photography or photo-editing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn may also apply.
