Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally while maintaining a focus on user satisfaction and system reliability. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they impact business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.




- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Graph Databases.

- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Life Sciences R&D.;
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
