Sales Manager Home Loans
Responsible for driving home loan sales and managing the end-to-end sales process, with an average disbursement ticket size of 3040 Lakhs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure smooth loan processing till disbursement.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely case closure.
- Develop recent business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in home loan/mortgage sales.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
