Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance schedules Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment breakdowns Maintain proper records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts and machine history Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, fitters, welders and other maintenance manpower Ensure proper maintenance of electrical panels, motors, cables, DG sets, compressors and other electrical systems Monitor machine performance and identify recurring breakdowns; implement corrective and preventive actions
