Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical fabrication and erection.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical/fabrication drawings.
- Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, fit-up, and alignment.
- Basic understanding of fabrication quality and inspection.
- Basic knowledge of steel weight calculation and reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of billing measurements and quantity verification.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Good learning attitude and ability to work under senior engineers.
- Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with exposure to cement plants, mining projects, steel plants, manufacturing plants, industrial projects, or heavy engineering projects will be preferred.
