Role Overview

The Interior Designer owns the design process from first client conversation through to production-ready drawings handed off to execution. You'll work closely with the client-facing and site teams to make sure the design translates cleanly into the final build.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather client requirements and space briefs; understand budget and functional needs
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and material/finish selections
- Create 2D layouts and 3D renders for client presentation and approval
- Prepare production drawings and BOQs, working within the standard timwline
- Coordinate with procurement on material availability and cost feasibility
- Hand off finalized drawings to the site/execution team and attend kickoff walkthroughs
- Support design feasibility checks and site readiness reviews during project estimation




- Make revisions based on client and site feedback through to handover

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- years of relevant design experience (freshers with a strong portfolio welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and a rendering tool (3ds Max/V-Ray, Enscape, etc.)
- Working knowledge of BOQ preparation and material costing
- A portfolio that shows range across residential/commercial spaces
- Solid client-facing communication can explain design decisions clearly
- Comfortable working to project timelines, not just design timelines
