What you will be doing:
Drive enterprise sales and business growth for Professional Audio Visual solutions.
Identify and develop opportunities with corporates, enterprises, consultants, and end customers .
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders .
Understand customer requirements and work with Pre-Sales to position the right end-to-end AV solution .
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and requirement discussions to solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure .




Develop a strong project pipeline by tracking upcoming enterprise projects and market opportunities .
Take ownership of assigned accounts and achieve business targets through solution-based and consultative selling .

What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development , Technical Sales, or Solution Sales within Audio Visual.
Experience working with end customers and enterprise projects will be preferred.
Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales .
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer and project meetings.
