We're a Startups by Tetra Pak Top 5 winner, built by a Babson alumni and we're on a mission to un-junk an entire category.
We've launched our Tetra Pak range and are scaling aggressively across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, Institutions, and emerging retail channels. Selected under Startups by Tetra Pak and supported by WE Hub, we're a lean, high-ownership, execution-obsessed team. No bureaucracy. No passengers. Just builders.

Job Summary
This role owns growth on the front end - finding and opening current channels for ZUMI, getting them onboarded, and keeping them running well once they're live. You'll work across D2C, quick commerce, institutional/B2B accounts, and retail avenues - wherever consumers are, that's where we want ZUMI to be.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Channel Avenues
• Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities - retail, institutional/B2B, corporate, e-commerce, or otherwise
• Reach out, pitch ZUMI, and drive conversations through to conversion
• Build a pipeline of prospective partners and keep it moving

2. Onboarding
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new channel partners - documentation, listings, commercial terms, and go-live
• Coordinate internally to ensure product, pricing, and content are ready before launch
• Troubleshoot onboarding roadblocks and keep timelines tight

3. D2C Management
• Manage ZUMI's D2C channel - WhatsApp ordering, offers, and campaign performance
• Work with the marketing funnel (Meta ads, retargeting)



to drive orders and repeat purchase
• Track D2C metrics and suggest tweaks to improve conversion and margins

4. Quick Commerce Management
• Manage day-to-day operations across quick commerce platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto)
• Handle listings, PO fulfilment, promotional pricing, and ad campaigns on these platforms
• Monitor performance and push for better visibility, ratings, and sales velocity

5. Institutional/B2B & Retail Management
• Manage institutional/B2B accounts (hospitals, corporates, cafeterias) and retail partners once onboarded
• Coordinate order cycles, replenishment, and account health for these avenues
• Build and maintain relationships that keep ZUMI top-of-mind for repeat orders

6. Channel Management & Growth
• Be the primary point of contact for live channel partners
• Track channel-wise performance and identify what's working and what isn't
• Build repeatable playbooks so new channels can be onboarded faster over time

Required Skills / Abilities
• Fresher to 1 year of experience; prior exposure to sales, growth, or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communicator - comfortable pitching, following up, and closing conversations
• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and basic performance tracking
• Self-starter who can chase things down without being told twice
• Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• High ownership mindset
