Key Responsibilities
Lead

client onboarding and conversion activities

across Custody Operations.
Manage complex fund events including

Mergers, Transitions, Restructuring, and Terminations .
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and smooth

BAU handover .
Drive

process improvements, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency .
Provide

SME support, team guidance, and stakeholder communication

throughout the conversion lifecycle.
Lead and manage complex custody conversion projects from initiation through operational transition.

Preferred Background




8+ years of experience in

Custody Operations, Trade Processing, or Trade Settlement .
Strong understanding of

Custody, Trade Processing, Global Settlement Locations, and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) .
Exposure to

MCH

is preferred.
Robust

stakeholder management, project management, and team leadership

skills.
Experience handling

client conversions / onboarding / operational transitions .
