Position: Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering
Location: Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Harohalli Campus)
Experience: 3-5 Years with Mandatory PHD in CSE or related field.

Qualifications:
PhD in CSE or closely related discipline (e.g., Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Science) – mandatory
Proven research output: ≥ 4 papers in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals.
Solid academic record at UG and PG levels (First Class preferred).

Desired Profile:
Passionate about teaching and mentoring undergraduates/postgraduates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Represents a strong potential for growing research, with a publication track record.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach core and elective CSE courses at UG & PG levels (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithms, ML,



Cybersecurity).
Develop course materials: syllabus, lesson plans, labs, assessments.
Mentor students on projects, provide guidance for internships and placements.
Lead or participate in research: publish papers, secure funding, guide PhD/MS scholars.
Support curriculum development aligned with AICTE and UGC standards.
Serve on university committees (admissions, exams, student welfare, etc.).
Engage in consultancy, workshops, and conferences; collaborate with industry; supervise student activities.
