Role Description

The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, in office position based in Nashik. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, product packaging, social media graphics, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include developing and refining branding elements, designing logos and layouts, selecting and applying typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual designs aligned with brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, manage multiple design projects, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media.




Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and aesthetically aligned designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
A portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work across various formats is required.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are important.
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams are beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
