Role Overview
We are looking for a VIP Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white-glove IT support to senior executives and VIP users. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills combined with excellent communication, customer handling, and the ability to resolve high-priority issues with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and VIP users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and network issues.
Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Provide support for Microsoft Teams and video conferencing .
Manage and support executive meeting rooms.




Handle high-priority escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Minimize downtime for critical/VIP users.
Coordinate with relevant infrastructure and application teams for complex issues.
Maintain qualified communication and provide regular updates to VIP users.
