We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 58 (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA

At PURESTA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (SkinQ & SkinQ Rx) , we are building fast-growing D2C beauty brands focused on science-backed skincare and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for Customer Support Executives who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with customers, and are comfortable working in a target-driven workplace with a focus on sales and conversions .

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and dispatch status
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products
Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Follow up with customers and leads to drive conversions and successful orders
Handle customer objections and work towards achieving conversion targets
Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, pricing, offers, and orders
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer interactions




Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
Meet assigned daily/weekly calling and sales targets
Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience
✅ What We're Looking For:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in Customer Support and Tele Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing, sales, and follow-up abilities
Ability to handle customer objections and drive conversions
Comfortable working in a target-based environment
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable working from our Gurgaon (Sector 58) office
