Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Pimpri, Pune
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present company services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients to close business deals.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
- Handle client queries and provide prompt solutions to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present progress updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Qualification

- MBA (Marketing/Sales), BBA or any graduate with relevant experience.

Experience

- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
