About the Role

We are looking for a mature, energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new customers, maintain existing business relationships and generate sales in the construction-material market.

The candidate will be responsible for regular market visits, meeting dealers, contractors, builders and other potential customers, generating leads and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, contractors, builders and potential customers.
- Generate new sales leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the office/team for order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment/collection follow-up from customers wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads,



enquiries and sales.
- Provide regular feedback about market conditions and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable with regular outdoor/field work.
- Mature, responsible and disciplined approach.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Sales experience in construction material, hardware, building material or related industries will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are also welcome.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
