We are seeking SCM Functional Business Analysts to support end-to-end Dynamics 365 FO implementations. This role involves requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and supporting SCM solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to gather SCM-related requirements
- Support analysis, documentation, and fit-gap assessments
- Configure SCM modules under guidance of senior consultants
- Assist with testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
- Participate in user training and solution rollout
- Support data migration, process mapping, and project documentation

Required Skills Qualifications

- MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Systems)



or B.Tech
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation
- Analytical thinker with solid documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in consulting environments
