1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG); conduct stock verification, reconciliation and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
2. Material Receipt & Issue: Manage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of materials with proper verification, segregation, identification and documentation.
3. GRN & QC Coordination: Prepare GRNs and coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, testing and timely release of materials.
4. Item Code Management: Initiate current item-code requests for RM/PM and coordinate with concerned departments for accurate master-data creation.
5. Dispensing: Perform dispensing as per approved SOPs, BMR/BPR and cGMP requirements, ensuring accurate weighing, identification, line clearance and prevention of mix-ups/cross-contamination.
6. Material Returns: Manage return of materials from Production/Packing or to suppliers through proper Material Return Notes, reconciliation, segregation and traceability.
7. Expiry & Re-test Control: Monitor near-expiry, expired and re-test-due materials; prepare Re-test Requests/Destruction Notes and coordinate with QC/QA for appropriate disposition.
8. cGMP & GDP Compliance: Ensure compliance with cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Data Integrity requirements, approved SOPs and controlled documents.
9. Status Label Control:



Ensure correct status labeling and identification of materials, equipment and areas according to their process stage/status.
10. Environmental Monitoring: Monitor and record Temperature, Relative Humidity (%RH) and Differential Pressure (DP) as per approved SOPs and report excursions promptly.
11. Documentation: Ensure contemporaneous/online recording of warehouse logbooks, formats, records and applicable BMR/BPR entries.
12. Daily Documentation Review: Verify completeness and compliance of daily documentation for Warehouse, FG Area, Primary/Secondary Packing Material Stores and Primary/Secondary Packaging Areas.
13. Equipment & Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment as per schedule and ensure equipment cleaning and documentation after maintenance.
14. Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain proper housekeeping, safe material handling, PPE compliance and adherence to applicable EHS requirements.
15. Audit Readiness: Maintain warehouse areas, materials, equipment, labels and documentation in a state of continuous audit/inspection readiness and support CAPA closure.
16. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare required inventory/material-status reports and coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Purchase & Planning and Supply Chain for smooth warehouse operations.
