Job Responsibilities

1. Handle and drive sales and business development across multiple branches in the Ahmedabad region.
2. Generate new business opportunities and expand the FTL (Full Truck Load) customer base.
3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure regular follow-ups and conversions.
4. Identify current markets, customers, and business opportunities to achieve regional revenue targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
6. Coordinate with branch teams to improve sales performance and maximize business opportunities.
7. Travel regularly across assigned branches and markets for client meetings and business development activities.
8. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
9.



Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on the business pipeline.

1. Strong knowledge of FTL / Transport & Logistics business.
2. Proven ability in sales and business development.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong client acquisition and relationship-management abilities.
