- Develop and implement area-level strategies for skill development programs, mobilization, and placement initiatives.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to identify community needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Manage program operations, including monitoring progress, tracking outcomes, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of projects and services.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in social work or a related field.
- Robust understanding of msw principles and practices.
- Proven track record in program coordination, mobilization, placement, skill development, and skill development.
