Role & responsibilities
- Perform IPQA checks during dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing.
- Conduct line clearance and verify area/equipment cleanliness.
- Monitor in-process parameters and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure proper GDP practices.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and data integrity.
- Handle/support deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and QA for quality issues.
- Ensure proper yield, reconciliation, labeling, and documentation.
