We are looking for a skilled Mac System Admin with 5 years of experience in system administration, including strong expertise in MAC and Windows OS administration, troubleshooting, firewall, networking, and security.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MAC and Windows operating systems.
- Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security and compliance.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Develop and implement procedures for backup and disaster recovery.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems,



including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with firewall configuration and management, including network security and compliance.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocols and DNS configuration.
- Familiarity with security best practices and implementation, including password management and access control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
