About The Role ::
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. Conduct remote troubleshooting.
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue. Customize desktop applications to meet user needs. Record technical issues and solutions in logs. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.Windows Server Setup and Maintenance.Firewall Maintenance. Network & Internet to be Managed. Format and OS installation knowledge on Win 7 and above.Should have knowledge of Gateway, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.knowledge of hardware & networking.OS Installation and troubleshooting, patches updates, etc.Having a sound knowledge on Windows 10 operating system.Outlook configuration and PST management.Antivirus configuration and management.USB / Network Printer management and configuration.
