Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in affordable housing, home loans, and mortgage sales.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
- Build robust relationships with channel partners (DSA) to drive business growth through their networks.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative product offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably in housing finance or mortgage sales.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing, DSA channels, HL/Home Loan products, and LAP loans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
