Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Business Development by identifying and acquiring corporate clients for bag and gifting solutions.
- Generate new leads and prospects, schedule client meetings, and present the company, products, and services based on client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end operational activities of the Institutional Business function.
- Drive new business acquisition while ensuring retention and growth of existing clients.
- Manage and coordinate with DSAs and corporate clients to ensure smooth and productive business operations.
- Conduct regular client surveys and follow-ups while monitoring outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
- Drive and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective business development and client management.
- Monitor and negotiate discount structures and credit terms for corporate sales, in line with business guidelines.
- Conceptualize and implement promotional initiatives to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen client relationships.




- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate gifting solutions, including customized products as per their specific needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. 3 - 8 years of experience in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales.
2. Should be comfortable with travel across the East Region as required.
3. Should have hands-on experience in managing the complete Institutional Sales cycle, including:
- Market mapping
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Client meetings and product presentations
- Follow-ups and negotiations
- Sales closure
- Client relationship management
- Driving recurring business from existing clients

- Prior experience in Corporate Gifting is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the Luggage, FMCD, Textile, Retail, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, client management, and relationship-building skills.
