Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer with strong experience in EPC Building & Residential Construction Projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project billing, cost monitoring, contract administration, and overall cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare, generate, and verify RA Bills, client bills, and final bills.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost utilization.
- Coordinate with site/project teams for measurements, quantities, and billing.
- Review tenders, contracts, work orders, and variation orders.
- Verify contractor and vendor invoices against actual work and measurements.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and project financial statements.
- Maintain accurate billing, measurement, and contractual documentation.
- Ensure billing is completed accurately and within project timelines.
- Support cost control, reconciliation,



and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in QS/Billing/Commercial functions.
- Strong experience in EPC Building & Residential Construction Projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, billing, contracts, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant billing/estimation software.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
