Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision

- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Allocate work to contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams based on project priorities.
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with engineers and project management.

Coordination

- Coordinate with civil, MEP, architectural, and finishing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for work planning and execution.
- Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower before commencing work.
- Participate in daily and weekly site coordination meetings.

Quality Control

- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify defects or non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist in inspections conducted by consultants and clients.
- Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to approved construction methods.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

- Enforce company safety policies and site safety regulations.
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify unsafe conditions and report potential hazards immediately.




- Support toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Material & Resource Management

- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the store department for timely availability of construction materials.
- Verify receipt and proper storage of materials at the site.
- Monitor equipment utilization and report maintenance requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site activity reports and labor attendance records.
- Report work progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Maintain records of inspections, material usage, and completed work.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and work schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate and construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and construction standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
